A contact is the overlapping of different things, phenomena or meanings. The actions at the point of the contact are usually eluding unambiguous terms or labels. This is also how artists participating in the project approach their activities. Although the topic is capacious, the space in which it will be implemented is specific and defined. So it is a frame in which artists will move. We do not place barriers in the choice of the phenomenon or medium in which artists will operate, hoping to refer to the context of place and time that are sufficiently interesting? Threatening? Unbearable? Transitional? This vagueness and ambiguity, the way of complexity and the changeability of things and phenomena are a sufficient pretext for formulating an artistic message or gesture.
In the case of the Option Gallery, there is a significant change resulting from the possibility of using an additional space that we already have as the Intermedia Department (ul. Krzemionki 30) and invitations to joint activities of the Interactive Action Studio and Site-Specific from the Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź and guests.
